Basia Bulat is tuning up her sound, taking some of her beloved tracks from last year’s Basia’s Palace and giving them a fresh, intimate spin for her new acoustic EP, Bouquet. This collection of reimagined songs is set to arrive on Secret City Records on August 28.
The new release signals a shift toward a more stripped-down, personal sound, inviting listeners into the raw emotional landscape of her songwriting. The EP features five track versions, including Right Now, My Angel, Disco-Polo, Baby, and Laughter, all delivered with a unique acoustic sensibility.
But the musical journey doesn’t stop there. In tandem with the EP release, Bulat is hitting the road for an expansive 2026 North American tour that places her squarely in the heart of Canada. Fans can look forward to seeing the singer-songwriter take their favorite songs live across the country.
The Canadian leg of the tour kicks off with a bang in Alberta, starting September 16th at the Festival Place Theatre in Sherwood Park. From there, the itinerary traces a sweeping route through the continent, moving from the Yukon Arts Centre in Whitehorse to Burnaby, British Columbia, where she will perform at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts.
The momentum continues as the tour heads into the West, with stops planned for Vernon and Lake Country, including appearances at the Performing Arts Centre and Creekside Theatre. The journey then moves into Ontario, offering a mix of city excitement and regional charm. Dates are scheduled across Kingston, Peterborough, Creemore, Blue Mountain, and major hubs like London and Toronto.
The tour schedule is packed with memorable stops: performances will take place at venues ranging from the Spire in Kingston to Market Hall in Peterborough, and up to the Aeolian Hall in London. The itinerary includes dates in beautiful locations like Waterford, where she will play at the Waterford Old Town Hall, and Blue Mountain, where she will share her music at Studio 79.
Basia Bulat’s comprehensive tour route spans from September through November, providing an incredible opportunity for fans to experience her evolving artistry live.
