Unexpected remix for Turnstile’s Never Enough
Turnstile is once again proving that genre boundaries are merely suggestions, not rules. The band is preparing to unleash NEVER ENOUGH: VERSIONS, a breathtaking reimagining of their Grammy-winning 2025 album, set to hit Roadrunner on August 28th.
What makes this project a true cultural event is the staggering roster of collaborators. Turnstile has assembled an absolutely wild collection of talent, inviting figures like Elton John, Four Tet, Paramore’s Hayley Williams, Alex G, and Dying Fetus to contribute their unique sonic textures to the project. This isn’t just a guest appearance; it’s a masterclass in musical chaos and creative freedom.
The scope of the project extends far beyond these headliners. VERSIONS is rich with contributions from an impressive array of artists, including Slayyyter, Porches, A.G. Cook, Floating Points, Rod Lee, Kettama, Mustafa, Julien Baker, Panda Bear, jazz musician Brandon Woody, Dan Deacon, Blood Orange, Chanel Beads, Faye Webster, Angel Du$t, Shabaka, Oklou, and Nourished by Time. The result is a tapestry of sounds that defy easy categorization, perfectly mirroring the band’s refusal to adhere to a single musical lane.
This willingness to blur lines is not a new development for Turnstile. Their previous work, including the original NEVER ENOUGH album and the feature-length film TURNSTILE: NEVER ENOUGH, already established them as genre-resistant pioneers, earning them Grammys for their unique blend of rock and metal performance.

Following the release, Turnstile will launch the second leg of the NEVER ENOUGH-supporting tour in September, kicking off in Milwaukee.
