Tulagi transforms Downtown Boulder into a 4-day music festival

No longer confined to a single field, this revamped event trades traditional setups for an immersive downtown takeover. With over 160 confirmed acts, the festival will utilize more than 20 walkable venues—from theaters and clubs to restaurants, galleries, and outdoor stages—allowing attendees to hop seamlessly between performances throughout the weekend.

This vibrant evolution of what was once Boulder Roots Music Fest embraces the city’s heart, turning the streets and Pearl Street Mall into a dynamic stage. It is less of a single concert experience and more of a full-sensory immersion into the creative pulse of Boulder.
