QOTSA announce Perfecth hear “Insignificant Other”

The rock landscape is buzzing right now, fueled by massive stadium tours and some seriously creative collaborations. Queens Of The Stone Age are currently bringing their iconic sound to the arena, joined by heavyweights like Foo Fighters, Mannequin Pussy, and Gouge Away on a sprawling tour.

While the band is busy making noise on the road, they have also been busy cooking up new material. Recently, the group dropped a standout track, “Easy Street,” featuring the talents of Nikki Lane in a video that perfectly captured the band’s unique, beautifully ridiculous sensibility.

The creative output also saw some exciting cross-pollination. Frontman Josh Homme added his distinctive voice to tracks featuring Shania Twain and the heavy hitters from Mastodon, demonstrating the band’s knack for unexpected musical pairings.

For a while, the buzz focused on the ongoing album rollout, though the band chose to let the anticipation simmer. Now, the wait is officially over, and the long-awaited new album is ready for release.

The new record is titled Perfecth, and fans can look forward to hearing it this fall. The announcement for the album, along with the track “Insignificant Other,” made its debut on Stereogum, signaling the arrival of exciting new music from the legendary group.
