Indie-folk artist Elena Tonra is gearing up for a fresh wave of sound, announcing the forthcoming release of a new album under her experimental project, Ex:Re. This upcoming collection, titled Save As, is set to drop at the end of the month, promising listeners an exploration of new musical territory from Tonra.
Tonra, best known as the captivating vocalist and driving force behind the indie-folk trio Daughter, is channeling her creative energy into this new venture. While Daughter has established a strong presence in the folk scene, the Ex:Re project offers a distinct, evolving perspective on her artistry.
The momentum is already building, with several tracks from the new project already making their way to streaming platforms. Tonra has already released the lead single, Radio Station, which has caught the attention of fans eager to hear her latest sonic explorations.
Building on that success, the anticipation has only grown since Tonra shared the follow-up single, Sleep, earlier this week. These recent releases demonstrate a vibrant and ongoing commitment to sharing her evolving vision with the world.
