Prior to taking the helm at Dunedin Venues Management, he led Ticketmaster Australia, one of the major ticketing entities in the region, a role he held since December 2023. This experience was built upon earlier leadership roles, including serving as the chief commercial officer for the South Australian Cricket Association.
His time leading major ticketing operations, particularly with Ticketek Australia—a division of the Sydney-based ticketing, live content, and data analytics giant TEG—was described by King as an incredible chapter in his professional life.
