Orange Blossom Revue brings Soul Rock & Americana to Central Florida
For over a decade, the Orange Blossom Revue has cultivated an experience in Lake Wales that is as intimate as it is unforgettable. This annual gathering isn’t just a music festival; it’s a vibrant celebration of genuine connection and unmistakable Florida character, bringing community and sound to Central Florida on December 4th and 5th, 2026.
The festival’s journey began modestly, rooted in a community effort as a barbeque fundraiser for the Lake Wales Rotary Club. Today, it has blossomed into a signature cultural event, remaining deeply woven into the fabric of the local community while showcasing an incredible diversity of musical expression.
At the heart of the Orange Blossom Revue lies a signature blend of soul, rock, folk, and Americana. It’s this eclectic mix that defines the festival atmosphere, promising two full days of live music and local flavor that resonate long after the final note fades.
What sets the Revue apart is its commitment to creating space for true musical connection. As one artist noted, the event transcends simply putting hot bands on a stage. It offers attendees a chance for a deeper connection to the music and the musicians performing.
The 2026 lineup is stacked with acclaimed talent ready to deliver this intimate experience. Friday, December 4th, kicks off with the electrifying sounds of St. Paul & the Broken Bones, bringing their signature blend of rock and soul, along with the harmonies of Trousdale, whose music beautifully explores themes of growth and resilience.
The stage also features the soulful, poetic sound of Hiss Golden Messenger, known for their emotionally resonant folk, country, and gospel blend. Adding to the Friday night excitement are The Heavy Heavy, who deliver a dynamic mix of psychedelic rock and vintage soul, alongside acts like Wyatt Waddell and The Gnarbuckles.
Saturday promises an equally rich tapestry of sounds. The festival is headlined by the joyful, upbeat energy of Florida-based The 502s, bringing their infectious beach folk to the stage. Meanwhile, the tradition of bluegrass shines with The Travelin’ McCourys, whose music is steeped in tradition yet infused with modern energy.
JJ Grey & Mofro will headline the final day, offering their gritty baritone and soulful blend of funk-infused rock and Southern soul. Known for vivid, personal songwriting, Grey’s music weaves stories of redemption and inner peace, perfectly capping off the weekend.
Adding further depth to Saturday’s lineup are Vincent Neil Emerson, who brings a rich blend of folk and country storytelling, and The 502s’ peers, Steeln’ Peaches, Slap Dragon, Jordan Foley, and Remedy Tree, ensuring a variety of genres and compelling performances throughout the weekend.
The Orange Blossom Revue is more than just a collection of concerts; it is a community celebration supported by the Blossom Charitable Foundation, Inc., which ensures that proceeds support arts education and recreation programming for children and families throughout Lake Wales.
