Liv.e, Karriem Riggins, keiyaA lead Toronto’s Free It’s OK Festival 2026

Get ready to mark your calendars, because Toronto is set to host one of the city’s most anticipated cultural celebrations. The It’s OK Studios team has unveiled the full lineup and programming details for the fourth annual It’s OK World, a free, Black-led outdoor music festival bringing rhythm, creativity, and community to Trillium Park.

Scheduled for August 8, 2026, this event promises an unforgettable experience under the open sky. The festival is anchored by a stellar lineup of genre-defying talent, featuring the live duo of songwriter/producer Liv.e and jazz drummer/hip-hop producer Karriem Riggins, who will lead the charge.

The stage will also welcome a diverse collection of artists including keiyaA, Clairmont the Second, Kwncy, Dvyn, and DJ Shylosofly. Multi-disciplinary artist and creative director Myles Isley will be hosting the festivities, ensuring a rich and vibrant atmosphere throughout the day.

But the magic doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. The programming extends far beyond the main stage with curated events designed to deepen the cultural experience for attendees.

The weekend kicks off early on Saturday, August 6, with the It’s OK World Opening Nite at the It’s OK World Studios. This special evening features performances from celebrated graduates of the class of 2024 and 2023, including Camille Léon and Kai Samuels, alongside acts like Che, dichotomi, ERICA, KEND!, noonjeem, sneh, St.Mike, Trinity Regular, and whoeveryoudlike.

The festival days are packed with unique cinematic and musical offerings. On August 7, attendees can catch a special Secret Movie Club screening featuring Boxcutter”>Boxcutter and the short film By Any Means”>By Any Means at Canoe Landing Park.

The festivities don’t conclude there. The weekend wraps up with the Jazzy Block Party on August 16 at the W & H.S. Commercial Building, where acts such as AwOL, Beat Sampras, Celine, Pursuit Grooves, SlowPitchSound, Book Club Toronto, the Rhythm Section, and the Rudy Ray Band will bring the party to a close.
