Iron Maiden Announces 2027 Run for Your Lives Tour Dates
The legendary heavy metal titans Iron Maiden are gearing up for a momentous final chapter in their Run for Your Lives tour, bringing the spectacle back to North America for a concluding leg in 2027.
After previously planning a hiatus from live performances, the band announced the dates on Friday, October 16, marking an extended celebration of their 50th anniversary trek. This final run of the tour is set to deliver 107 shows, ensuring every dedicated fan gets a chance to experience the magic one last time in the US and Canada.
Bassist Steve Harris shared the philosophy behind the decision, emphasizing a desire to reach fans in regions they had missed. “We’ve been enjoying this last leg in the USA and Canada so much that we all had a chat and decided we should take the show to parts we missed, particularly the North West and South East,” Harris explained. “It just seems fair to our many fans there who have given us tremendous support for so many years.”
The adventure kicks off on April 14, 2027, beginning at the Tacoma Dome in Washington, and culminates on May 11, 2027, at the UBS Arena in New York. The itinerary spans across the continent, taking the audience from the Pacific Northwest all the way to the Northeast.
Adding an extra layer of excitement, the tour will feature special guests from the rock world: Bullet For My Valentine and The Raven Age. This marks the first time since 1983 that Iron Maiden will be sharing the stage with two other British bands.
Beyond the arena shows, the extended tour extends the experience into major outdoor festivals, with the band slated to perform at the Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio, and the Boardwalk Rock in Ocean City, Maryland. These festival appearances will further cement the band’s legacy, especially as they prepare to celebrate their induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Fans ready to join this historic run can secure their tickets starting October 23, following an artist presale beginning on Monday, October 19. Get ready for a monumental conclusion to an epic musical journey.
