Hilary Duff Unwraps Early Christmas Gift Holiday Things EP
Even as the world waits for the official candy to be handed out, some stars are already setting the holiday mood. Singer-actress Hilary Duff is clearly in the Christmas spirit, dropping festive tunes and holiday cheer with her latest musical offering.
She recently released the five-track Yuletide EP, Holiday Things, on October 23rd, offering fans a delightful collection of seasonal tracks. The EP is packed with beloved classics and fresh, original material designed to bring a little sparkle to the season.
Holiday Things features a cozy mix of nostalgia and new sounds. Listeners can enjoy a cover of the classic “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” alongside a refreshed version of Wham!’s enduring hit, “Last Christmas.” To round out the collection, the EP introduces three original songs: “I Guess It’s Christmas,” “All You Want for Christmas Is Me,” and “I Want (A Few Small Things).”
Duff shared a fun tease ahead of the release, suggesting that Christmas had arrived a little early with the caption, “Holiday Things is yours this Friday 10.23 ✨💝🥂,” accompanied by a picture of herself looking delightfully glum at a party.
This festive release follows Hilary Duff’s recent musical success, culminating in the album Luck… or Something. That album made a significant splash, debuting at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart. The record included re-recordings of iconic Hot 100 hits like “Come Clean,” “What Dreams Are Made Of,” and “Wake Up,” in addition to a track from The Cat in the Hat soundtrack, “CATastrophe.”
Duff is currently riding a wave of momentum, preparing for an exciting run of performances. She is gearing up for sold-out shows in Australia starting Saturday, October 24th, at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. This is followed by a series of iHeartRadio Jingle Ball shows across major cities like Los Angeles, New York, Boston, and Nashville throughout December.
The excitement doesn’t stop there. Duff is also setting her sights on a major international stage with plans for a 2027 North American, European, and South American tour, ensuring that her festive energy continues to travel the globe throughout next November.
