Harry Moore launches Australian booking agency Lowtide

The New Blueprint for Booking: How Harry Moore is Redefining the Music Industry

In the dynamic world of music booking, where success often hinges on filling the next gig, Harry Moore is proving that a different approach can deliver far greater, more sustainable results. Moore has launched Lowtide, his independent booking agency, built on a foundational philosophy that prioritizes the artist’s long-term career over short-term ticket sales.

This new venture stems from Moore’s previous experience as general manager at Lonely Lands Agency (LLA), where he successfully led the team in delivering over A$50 million in ticket sales for local artists across the 2024-25 season. While the numbers speak to his operational ability, Moore’s focus has always been on how those numbers translate into genuine artist growth.

Lowtide operates on an “artist first” model, intentionally keeping the roster small to allow for deep strategic focus. Moore argues that there is a fundamental difference between agents who simply fill dates to meet a budget and those who operate as true business strategists, working alongside artists and management to build sustainable careers that ensure steady growth.

“I want to create a culture that positions artists and their needs at the forefront of the approach to their touring,” Moore explains. “Music is so personal; the business side of it should be too. We need to move away from simply hitting targets and instead focus on creating long-term, sustainable momentum.”

This philosophy is backed by a willingness to prioritize quality over quantity. Moore emphasizes that at certain times, the most powerful step toward growth is knowing when to say no and letting a potential opportunity pass, ensuring that every booking serves the artist’s ultimate vision.

The Lowtide roster already features a diverse group of emerging and established acts, including Tones And I, Ocean Alley, Hockey Dad, The Cat Empire, Brad Cox, and Boy & Bear, demonstrating the breadth of talent Moore is dedicated to nurturing.

Lowtide is not just a booking agency; it is an embodiment of a belief that success in the music industry requires empathy and strategic foresight. This new business emerged from the framework of Lonely Lands Agency (LLA), which was initially formed by artist Tash Sultana, UNIFIED Music Group CEO Jaddan Comerford, and Lemon Tree Music co-founder Regan Lethbridge.

As those founding partners recently launched their new, separate agency, CORE, Moore’s vision for Lowtide stands as a testament to a shift in the industry. It signals a move toward a model where booking is treated not as a transactional necessity, but as a collaborative, strategic partnership designed to foster truly enduring careers for artists.

For artists seeking a booking partner who acts as a strategic ally rather than just a date-filler, Lowtide offers a fresh, empowering blueprint for navigating the complexities of the music business.
