GTA 6 reveals 6 in-game radio soundtracks

Get ready to crank up the volume, because Rockstar Games has dropped the soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto 6, and it’s a musical whirlwind. The developers have confirmed the first six in-game radio stations, promising players an eclectic and expansive sonic journey through the chaotic streets of Vice City.

This isn’t just background noise; these stations are set to perfectly soundtrack Jason and Lucia’s high-octane adventures. Rockstar promises that this selection represents the biggest and widest-ranging selection of music yet, ensuring that every corner of the game offers a completely unique auditory experience.

Dive into the diverse landscape of in-game sound with stations designed to capture every mood: from the rhythmic beats of Latin music and heavy metal to renegade country and hip-hop classics.

For instance, in Leonida, you can tune into Cocoteo FM, which serves up the best of modern Latin music—a party fueled by bachata, merengue, dembow, and reggaeton. Then, for a heavier mood, The Chamber 106.6 delivers crushing metal, channeling the deep metal roots of Leonida with classic sounds from the ’80s and beyond.

The musical diversity continues across the map. Players can explore Back Country Radio for renegade country music that follows the journey across the landscape, and turn up the gbedu with AfroBank FM, curating the best of African music, ranging from 20th-century classics to contemporary sounds like amapiano and 3-step.

Hitting the pop scene, Flash FM brings the dance floor to life with pop hits from artists like Robyn and Alex, while Dirty South Classics blasts regional rap and hip-hop, capturing the unique energy of the South.

Beyond the radio, Rockstar has also introduced on-demand podcasts, making music and stories accessible anywhere. For the first time in Grand Theft Auto history, players can listen to a range of podcasts directly within the game, accessible via newly introduced headphones and earbuds connected to smartphones, whether they are on foot or in a vehicle.

Adding another layer to the experience, Rockstar has teamed up with Atlantic Records for Grand Theft Auto 6: The Album. This major release will feature 34 original tracks from some of the world’s biggest artists, including names like Travis Scott, Fred Again.., PinkPantheress, and Keith Richards. The album is set to launch on November 19, coinciding with the release of the game.

While the full album won’t see a physical release, vinyl and CD versions are available for pre-order. Although the limited-edition vinyl edition sold out, it is currently being resold for three times the original price, ensuring that this massive musical event remains a highly coveted item for fans.
