Goya Gumbani drops new EP Bean Pie

From the vibrant streets of Brooklyn to the creative pulse of Southeast London, artist Goya Gumbani is continuing to craft compelling sonic landscapes. Gumbani has recently dropped his latest project, the five-track EP Bean Pie, which has landed via Ghostly International.

This new release serves as an exciting evolution, following the success of his previous LP, Warlord of the Weejuns, released just last year. While the previous work established a solid foundation, Bean Pie steps into a distinctly looser, more free-flowing space, inviting listeners into a more experimental sound.

The creation of the EP was a collaborative effort, bringing together a dynamic group of producers who helped shape the EP’s unique atmosphere. Goya Gumbani worked alongside Joe Armon-Jones, Franky Bones, Blk Deco, and Velvetian Sky, adding layers of depth and texture to the music.

The resulting EP is more than just a collection of tracks; it is a reflection of Gumbani’s evolving artistic vision, demonstrating a willingness to explore sound beyond established boundaries. It signals a shift in his musical direction, offering fans a fresh and wonderfully loose experience.
