Gnarls Barkley announce long-awaited tour with UK shows

After nearly two decades of silence, the magic of Gnarls Barkley is back on the road. The iconic duo, composed of CeeLo Green and Danger Mouse, are embarking on their long-awaited tour, ‘To Whom It Still Concerns‘, bringing their universally resonant sound to audiences across North America and the United Kingdom.

This isn’t just a concert tour; it’s a journey through life’s big questions. The new music, released earlier this year, serves as the perfect soundtrack for this grand exploration, reminding listeners that even in the midst of the “sad story,” there is beauty and a beautiful madness to be celebrated.

Speaking about the upcoming dates, CeeLo Green framed the tour as an open book, stating that the songs explore the universal matters of life, death, and everything in between. He invited listeners to join the celebration, suggesting that the music is the silver lining to life’s complex narratives.

The adventure kicks off in North America in November, starting in San Francisco on November 5th and continuing through major cities like Los Angeles, Atlanta, Detroit, Boston, Silver Spring, Toronto, and New York. The tour culminates in Chicago on November 28th, with a grand finale at the House Of Blues.

The journey doesn’t end there. In December, the duo shifts gears for a European leg, playing four shows across the UK, including Manchester, Glasgow, Wolverhampton, and London. This extended run allows them to share their timeless sound with fans across continents.

The return of Gnarls Barkley is steeped in history. Their previous work, including the breakthrough hit ‘Crazy‘, established them as international icons. That track was a monumental moment, becoming the first single to top the UK charts based solely on digital downloads and holding the number one spot for nine consecutive weeks.

The music that defined their career, particularly their final album ‘Atlanta‘, was hailed as the capstone to the Gnarls Barkley story. The entire return feels like a full-circle moment, revisiting the emotional depth that made them so famous.
