The Next Wave of Sound: Primavera Sound Unveils Explosive 2027 Lineup

The annual celebration of music is gearing up for its next chapter. Primavera Sound, marking its 25th anniversary, is set to return to the Parc del Fòrum from June 3 to 5 next year, promising an unforgettable experience for music lovers worldwide.

Organizers have begun unveiling the first wave of artists leading the bill for the 2027 edition, and the anticipation is already electric. This year’s lineup is a masterclass in musical diversity, blending global superstars with fiercely talented indie and experimental voices.

Leading the charge are some truly exciting names. Doechii will make history by performing at the festival for the very first time, while Phoebe Bridgers celebrates the release of her new solo album Lost Weekend. Alongside them is the dynamic trio of Fontaines D.C., who are gearing up to release their highly anticipated track Dopamine Chamber later this month.

The festival’s roster is packed with talent spanning genres, offering something for every palate. Alongside these headline acts, the bill features the iconic Massive Attack and Chemical Brothers, ensuring a powerful dose of electronic and classic sound. FKA Twigs is bringing an all new show to the site, injecting fresh energy into the mix.

The depth of the programming continues with a powerhouse roster of indie and alternative artists. The lineup includes Turnstile, Robyn, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Pavement, ADÉLA, Caroline Polachek, and Hayley Williams, promising an incredible tapestry of guitar-driven anthems and boundary-pushing sounds.

The stage will also be graced by established legends and rising stars, including Skrillex, Australian artist Ninajirachi, and a special b2b set closing the night. Further additions to the bill feature acts like King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Bleachers, Underworld, ANOHNI, Weyes Blood, English Teacher, Julien Baker, Rebe, Dove Ellis, Metronomy, Arca, underscores, DIIV, Westside Cowboy, Lip Critic, and Angine de Poitrine.

Adding a touch of rarity to the spectacle are special guests, including Bonnie “Prince” Billy and the 81-year-old cult vocalist Vashti Bunyan, who has performed live just a handful of times over the past decade.

Fans eager to secure their spot have a clear timeline ahead. A registration form for the Fan Sale will be available on the Primavera Sound website until October 7. After registration, users will receive instructions on how to access the sale on October 8, with general ticket sales opening on October 9.
