Last August, they stepped back onto the stage for their first full headline show of 2026 at Baluarte de la Candelaria in Cádiz, Spain, marking a significant milestone following the unexpected passing of their manager and sixth member, Trevor Dietz.

This performance was more than just a concert; it was a deeply personal moment, following their earlier appearance at the final BBC live session at Maida Vale. ‘Marianne’, which appeared early in the set, leaned into a heavier, more industrial atmosphere. Frontman Grian Chatten explored themes of intensity with lines like, “This could be your fatal match,” setting a dramatic tone for the night.

In stark contrast, the encore featured ‘Six Shot Morning’, which offered a shift towards a more ethereal soundscape. Built around a spacey synth and pulsing basslines, Chatten delivered the reflective lyric: “Six shot morning it’s a beautiful world,” creating an atmosphere of dreamy introspection.
