CZN return with new EP and Parallel Commutator reveal

A new wave of sound is hitting the air, courtesy of a collaborative trio known as CZN, an inventive collective blending rhythm, composition, and sculpture into a unique sonic experience.

CZN is brought to life by a dynamic group whose creative synergy spans musical arrangement, physical performance, and production. At the heart of this project are Valentina Magaletti, who brings the depth of composition and the power of drumming, alongside João Pais Filipe, known for his striking work as a percussionist and sculptor, and Leon Marks, the producer steering their ambitious vision.

This unique combination allows CZN to explore complex sonic landscapes where musical structure meets physical artistry. Their work is not just heard; it is felt, translating abstract concepts into tangible rhythms and textures.

The collective has recently announced the release of their new extended play, Parallel Commutator, an offering that promises to deepen the listener’s engagement with their signature style. This EP serves as a comprehensive exploration of their intricate musical world.

To complement this larger body of work, CZN has also released a compelling new single, There Is A Clown In My History. This track introduces a distinct narrative and emotional layer to their established sound, offering listeners a deeply evocative piece that showcases the band’s versatility.

Whether through the expansive themes of the EP or the raw emotion of the single, CZN demonstrates a powerful ability to connect disparate creative elements into a cohesive and unforgettable artistic statement. Their new releases solidify their position as a compelling force in contemporary music.
