Chase & Status, Lean, Bladee & NBT own the Electric Castle Day 3 party

As the magic of Electric Castle 2026 continued into the third day, the festival transformed into an unforgettable convergence of sound and spectacle. Under the dramatic backdrop of lightning striking Bánffy Castle, the grounds were enveloped in an atmosphere that felt genuinely magical.

The late afternoon delivered a perfect blend of high-octane energy and deep melodic introspection. The day was punctuated by stellar performances that showcased the diverse talent making up this year’s lineup.

One of the standout acts that brought the party to a thrilling close was Chase & Status. With over two decades of mastery in drum & bass, the legends delivered a powerful 90-minute set packed with UK dance classics, including anthems like ‘Disconnect’ and ‘Blind Faith’. Their performance was pure sonic dynamite, fueled by gargantuan basslines and jagged percussion that had thousands of ravers uniting in a frenzy.

MC Takura masterfully marshaled the crowd, ensuring the energy remained sky-high. Beyond the established hits, they unveiled new material developed over the last eighteen months, collaborating with UK rappers Lancey Foux, Pozer, and Little Simz. The set was further spiced up with unexpected remixes, including a riotous spin on A$AP Rocky and Skepta’s ‘It Ain’t Safe,’ creating a truly unpredictable journey for the audience.

Meanwhile, another remarkable pairing brought pure Scandinavian melancholy to the Hangar stage: Yung Lean and Bladee.
