The summer soundtrack for Ontario is about to get a serious edge. Noise quartet Burner and basement revolver hanorah imur luna li are hitting the road to launch their debut LP, Become Nothing, with a dynamic tour across the province.
This is more than just a collection of gigs; it’s an unfolding sonic journey. Starting this weekend, the band is kicking off their adventure with a July 4 performance at the Spot in Newmarket, setting a raw and energetic tone for the summer.
The tour schedule maps out a route filled with some seriously cool venues. In the following week, Burner will trade the tranquility of Newmarket for the industrial landscapes of Sarnia, playing Maud’s Variety on July 11th. The journey continues as they head to Windsor for the Lambfest on July 12th, bringing their distinctive sound to different Ontario communities.
As the summer unfolds into August, the band deepens their presence in Toronto and beyond. They will take on three stops in the city, including a DIY show on August 9th, followed by supporting the rising acts at letlive at the Mod Club on August 20th, and then moving to the Garrison to support Unsane on September 29th.
The road trip continues into the fall with a stop in Lindsay for the Crooked Fest, scheduled for August 15th. This leg of the journey ensures that listeners across Ontario get to experience Burner’s evolving sound in diverse settings, from local festivals to intimate club spots.
