The court decision comes in connection with a charge stemming from an alleged incident in Dallas County. On Friday, August 28, 2025, the rapper, whose legal name is Xavier Landum, appeared in court regarding a Class A misdemeanor charge for unlawfully carrying a weapon.
This specific judgment relates solely to the unlawful carrying of a weapon charge that originated from an alleged event on August 21, 2025. In a move that avoids a formal adjudication of guilt, the court deferred further proceedings, placing Landum instead on community supervision.
Under the terms of the negotiated plea agreement, Landum accepted a plea of nolo contendere, or no contest, to the charge. The court found that the evidence substantiated his guilt, but opted to defer formal proceedings, resulting in six months of probation. There was no fine imposed, and he was credited with three days of time served. His community supervision is set to conclude on February 28, 2027.
