Australia’s CORE Agency launches with Teen Jesus and Budjerah

CORE Talent Agency Launches to Champion Independent Australian Music

A new force is entering the Australian music scene, dedicated to nurturing independent talent and providing robust infrastructure for artists. CORE Talent Agency has officially opened its doors, marking a significant step forward for the development of local musical careers.

The agency was founded by Jaddan Comerford, CEO of UNIFIED Music Group, and Regan Lethbridge, co-founder of Lemon Tree Music. Their vision emerged from Lonely Lands Agency (LLA), an initiative Tash Sultana established back in 2019, positioning CORE as an extension of a powerful network built on shared industry expertise.

CORE operates within the broader UNIFIED Music Group ecosystem, leveraging the experience and connections of a highly accomplished team. Under the leadership of co-general managers Desiree Venuto and Adam Montgomery, the agency is uniquely positioned to connect emerging and established independent Australian artists with crucial industry opportunities.

The agency’s mission is clear: to focus intensely on established independent Australian artists, alongside some of the most exciting up-and-coming talent in Australia and New Zealand. By granting access to the resources, experience, and connections provided by UNIFIED, CORE aims to put the artist at the very heart of every booking and career decision.

The roster is already impressive, showcasing a diverse array of talent. Artists represented include Teen Jesus, The Jean Teasers, The Terrys, Budjerah, Day We Ran, Emma Donovan, South Summit, Slowly Slowly, and DEVAURA, among others.

The team behind CORE is steeped in industry history. Desiree Venuto joined LLA in 2019 and has been recognized for her contributions, including being named in The Music Network’s 30 Under 30 and Pollstar’s Impact International Next Gen Honorees. Adam Montgomery brings extensive experience, having previously led boutique booking agency Four Tone Artists and represented artists like Bec Sandridge, Didirri, and Mia Dyson.

The launch team for CORE also includes LaBelle Jackson, Victoria Kozbanis, and Jo Syme, bringing fresh energy to the new venture.

Desiree Venuto expressed excitement about the agency’s direction, stating that artist creativity is the foundation and that the team is stepping forward with unified expertise. Adam Montgomery echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that CORE is built around championing the artist and bringing fresh energy to every conversation.

CORE Talent Agency is now open for business, offering a powerful combination of established connections and forward-thinking support for the next generation of Australian music.
