Artificial Brain releases new album Antillia with “Quantum Malignancies”

For over a decade, the band Artificial Brain has been carving out a unique niche in the heavy music world, delivering guttural yet undeniably cosmic death metal. Their sound is a deep dive into the abyssal, making them one of the underground’s most intense forces.

While the music remains relentlessly dark, the band has also experienced the natural ebb and flow of creative evolution, navigating several lineup changes over the years to refine their devastating sonic vision.

The band recently made a significant geographical shift, establishing their roots in Richmond, Virginia. This move places them squarely in the heart of a region globally recognized as a capital for heavy, intense underground music, allowing their heavy sound to resonate even further across the genre.

The new iteration of Artificial Brain brings a fresh dynamic to their proceedings, bolstered by some formidable new collaborators. The lineup now features the talents of Mike Paparo, vocalist from the esteemed band Inter Arma, and Alex Tomlin, drummer from Battlemaster, adding new layers of intensity and technical prowess to their sound.

With this powerful new configuration, the focus shifts to their latest creative output. Artificial Brain has officially announced their next album, titled Antillia.

This forthcoming release promises to continue the band’s trajectory of extreme sound, offering listeners a journey deeper into the cosmic malignancies that define their musical landscape.
