88rising signed island girl debut
Indonesian music fans are ready to welcome a fresh wave of sound, as the talented girlgroup no na has officially unleashed their debut record, island girl, onto the scene today.
This highly anticipated release marks a significant moment for the group, bringing their unique voice and style to a wider audience. The energy surrounding the drop has been building, promising a captivating musical experience that sets them apart in the competitive music landscape.
The arrival of island girl comes shortly after no na engaged their audience with a lengthy, immersive experience. Just a week prior, the group delivered the extended musical journey known as speaker freaker (the long song), a sprawling, nearly fifteen-minute release that showcased their depth and creative vision.
This previous long-form track successfully established a strong presence, hinting at the artistry and expansive nature of no na’s sound. Now, with island girl, the group is delivering a focused yet equally impactful debut, building on that momentum and solidifying their position as exciting new voices in the music world.
